SPECIALITY PRODUCTS

You can find a large selection of amazing products made by Troyer Cheese Company in our store. Products range from jelly, salsas, relishes, pickles, peaches, garlic, dried fruits, candies, block cheeses, and noodles. Many of our products include specialty spices that we have partnered with Con Yeager Spice Company located in Zelienople, PA for several years. The same seasonings that we use in our own products are available in store along with other seasonings, gravy mixes, rubs, and salts by Con Yeager.

Below is a list of catering options that we have available for parties and events. These orders must be called in advance for order and pick up.

Snack Trays: Trays include Beef Sticks, Cheese Sticks, Hot Sticks, Saxonburg Bologna, American Cheese, Swiss Cheese, and Colby Jack Cheese. Please call tray orders in one day prior to pick up. No changes or replacements of different products on trays.

Roast Beef Trays: include our own Thoma Roast Beef sliced down perfect for sandwiches and include green peppers, onions, and mushrooms. Usually, estimate $2 per person and a full tray usually costs around $80.
Pulled Pork BBQ Trays: fully cooked shredded pulled pork in a blend of our old fashion classic & cajun BBQ sauce. We usually estimate $2 per person and a full tray usually costs around $80.

Cooked Hot Sausage Trays: fully cooked hot sausage links in a tray with tomato sauce, peppers, and onions. Usually, estimate $2 per person and a full tray usually costs around $80
Other Sides: Ham Salad, Chicken Salad, Potato Salad, Macaroni Salad, Linguini Salad, and Baked Beans. Prices vary.
